The Philippines is telling China to stop being provocative in the South China Sea after a Chinese vessel collided with one of its vessels on Sunday. The Philippine ship was on its way to supply a military outpost on a reef that China claims as its own, but lies within the Philippines’ exclusive economic maritime zone.
