Kim Jong Un and Vladimir Putin have held delegation-level talks in Russia’s Far East. Putin has said that Russia will help North Korea build satellites after Pyongyang failed twice this year to launch them. Chris Gilbert has more on the talks.
Kim is accompanied by the commander of his army and the director of North Korea’s Munitions Industry department, leading to expectations that the two sides will sign an arms deal.
