Three survivors and four relatives of victims from a terrorist attack in Mozambique have filed a lawsuit against the French multinational oil company TotalEnergies. The British and South African plaintiffs according to the BBC, allege involuntary manslaughter and negligence, citing the company’s failure to protect subcontractors during the attack in March 2021.
