The Windhoek High Court has instructed former Mayor Job Amupanda to disclose his financial status in his lawsuit against the government concerning the veterinary cordon fence (red line). Amupanda is seeking a court declaration that the fence’s erection was unconstitutional and not done in accordance with the law. Amupanda says the lawsuit is driven by public interest and social justice, not personal or political motives.
