Windhoek residents have lost confidence in their local leadership says Shaun Gariseb, comunity activist in Katutura. After several attempts to seek an amicable solution to residential matters, a community meeting was held recently. The Gariseb-led residents resolved to approach the line minister Erastus Uutoni for a solution to electricity and water debts in Windhoek.
