The Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Land Reform hosted a two-day Water Symposium for Northern Central Regions in the Oshana Region. The Symposium is a collaboration between the Ministry, the Office of the Prime Minister and UNESCO. Here is the Minister of Agriculture, Calle Schlettwein.
