Paragon Aviation Services has obtained a designation as an RA3 by the United Kingdom Department of Transport. According to Paragon Investment Holdings’ Executive Director, Lazarus Jacobs, the certification comes after Paragon Aviation Services underwent a stringent security and safety validation process by the United Kingdom authorities, through a certified validator. The third country regulated agent designation is given to companies outside the UK that meet specific and stringent aviation security and safety requirements when providing airport ground handling services for shipping certain types of air cargo, dangerous goods and mail to and from the Kingdom.
