The DA welcomes the parliamentary ethics committee’s report, finding the EFF’s Floyd Shivambu guilty of breaching the code of ethical conduct. This is due to his involvement in the Venda Building Society bank scandal. The DA’s Siviwe Gwarube hopes this finding will encourage law enforcement agencies to seek the truth:
