Minister of Health and Social Services, Dr Kalumbi Shangula has called for the youth to be included in efforts to effectively reduce illicit drug use and trafficking. This as the National Drug Control Commission, which is tasked with protecting Namibians from the trade, distribution and use of illicit drugs, was inaugurated on Friday.
