The Freedom Front Plus in South Africa has condemned president Cyril Ramaphosa’s stance on Palestine after he said Israel’s actions, following last weekend’s attack by Hamas, comes down to genocide. The chief whip of the FF Plus, Corné Mulder, says by only criticising Israel’s military action against Hamas, the government and the ANC are ignoring the killing of Israeli civilians, including babies. Mulder says the party finds it extremely unfortunate that Ramaphosa is not willing to also call Hamas’ attacks on Israel genocide:
