Institute for Public Policy researcher, Frederico Links has highlighted a loophole in Namibia’s procurement process. While the law allows for the blacklisting of bidders or suppliers, it does not extend to the owners of these blacklisted companies. Consequently, the owners can continue to profit from government contracts by creating new companies.
