Nampower’s board of directors has decided to temporarily suspend power disconnections for defaulting customers until the end of August. This announcement was made in a media statement on Monday, following a meeting with Minister of Finance and Public Enterprises, Iipumbu Shiimi. During the meeting, the minister outlined the government’s program to assist NamPower in collecting outstanding payments.
