Namibian honey honoured at National Honey Show

In a first for the country, honey from Namibia was awarded second in its class at England’s prestigious National Honey Show. The show, which ran from the 26th to the 28th of October attracted 2400 entries from 90 different countries, including the Lepen family farm in South Waterberg Namibia where the bees make use of the natural vegetation as the main source of nectar. Johan Lepen tells us what the win means to him, his family, and beekeeping in Namibia in general.
