Namibia needs strong institutions, favorable policies, infrastructure, investments, and collaboration to fully benefit from Earth Observations. According to Lovisa Immanuel, General Manager of Innovation and Technology Development at the National Commission on Research, Science, and Technology, the measures are crucial for improved decision-making in disaster management, water resources, agriculture, and energy sectors.
