More than 95-percent of all farm attacks and murder incidents are still unsolved in South Africa

AfriForum has released a report on rural safety and farm attacks indicating the low conviction rate for farm attacks and murders between 2019 and 22.  Its Community Safety spokesperson Jacques Broodryk says 95-percent of these cases are yet to be resolved. Broodryk highlighted that out of the one-thousand-402 farm attacks and murders recorded during this period, only 66 have convictions. He says no convictions have been secured in Gauteng, Mpumalanga, North West, or the Northern Cape during this time:
