The Ministry of Mines and Energy has introduced the Implementation Authority Office within the Green Hydrogen Namibia Programme, led by Green Hydrogen Commissioner James Mnyupe. The office will oversee the planning, procurement, and management of upcoming green hydrogen projects situated on state-owned lands.
