Japan, South Korea, and China are holding high-level talks on Tuesday to discuss resuming trilateral leader summits. As Chris Gilbert reports from Tokyo, deputy foreign ministers from the three countries are meeting in Seoul to pave the way for the annual talks which haven’t been held since 2019.
