Japan is monitoring and testing radioactive, treated wastewater for remaining isotopes ahead of releasing it into the Pacific Ocean from Thursday. Chris Gilbert reports from Tokyo that the government and energy company TEPCO is set to begin a decades-long process to discharge more than a million tons of water used to cool the wrecked Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant.
