To South Africa..Advocate Tembeka Ngcuka-itobi told the Supreme Court of Appeal in Bloemfontein yesterday that former president Jacob Zuma is engaged in a cynical abuse and manipulation of the justice system. The SCA has reserved judgment in Zuma’s bid to appeal the decision by the Pietermaritzburg High Court, to halt his attempt to privately prosecute journalist Karyn Maughan and state advocate Billy Downer. Ngcukaitobi, who represents Maughan, argued that the tactical litigation employed by Zuma in his criminal cases should not be entertained by the SCA:
