The Institute for Public Policy Research released its Quarterly Economic Review for the third quarter of 2023, which includes a special feature on the National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia. The report says NamCor is facing governance and financial difficulties at a time when Namibia needs a stable national petroleum company to manage its newly discovered oil resources effectively.
