The Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa has highlighted the importance of collaboration to unlock the full potential of green hydrogen. Speaking at the Green Hydrogen Summit in Cape Town, IDC chief operating officer, Joanne Bate, emphasised the significant role green hydrogen and large-scale renewable energy production can play in diversifying South Africa’s energy mix. Bate also underscored the importance of deepening regional collaboration to unleash the commercial potential of green hydrogen.
