Pablo Gutierrez reports from Budapest on the Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban who says his country will withhold support for Ukraine in international matters until Kyiv reinstates the previous rights for ethnic Hungarians within its borders. This is not the first time that Hungary Has sought to limit the support for its neighbor.
