Namibia joins the rest of the world in marking World Mental Health Day. Future Media has joined UniHealth and a score of other local companies and organisations in helping to promote individuality and difference through the wearing of crazy socks. Unihealth Director Charine Glen-Spyron says they’re also promoting a ‘walk into the light’ campaign that encourages people to speak up, seek help, and not give up.
