Forum for German-speaking Namibians chairperson Harald Hecht has pointed out cadre deployment and incompetent leaders as challenges the country is facing. Hecht was speaking at an engagement of the forum’s members with Swapo vice president Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah and secretary general Sophia Shaningwa in Windhoek.
