Eastern Cape Police Commissioner Nomthetheleli Mene has issued a stern warning to communities that one cannot resolve crime by committing a crime. This warning emanates following the murder of a person who was reported missing earlier this month, who was found buried in a shallow grave in the yard of a house in Kwanobuhle on Sunday.
