DRC accuses Rwandan soldiers of incursion

The Democratic Republic of Congo has denounced an incursion into its territory by Rwandan soldiers who it accuses of fighting alongside the M23 rebels in a battle against a self-defence group in the country’s east. Congolese government spokesperson Patrick Muyaya says fifty civilians were killed in the clashes. The Rwandan government has denied the allegation. Chris Ocamringa has more from Kinshasa.
