Cuba ready to continue working with Namibia

Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel says the country is ready to continue cooperating with Namibia, despite the complexities caused by US sanctions. The nations have signed MoUs involving the Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board, the Centre of the Promotion of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment of Cuba, and an agreement on the transfer of convicted persons. This agreement facilitates the rehabilitation of convicts by enabling them to serve sentences in their home country. Here is UNAM economics lecturer, Dr. Omu Kakujaha-Matundu.
