Crisis deepens in Gaza as Human Rights Watch and WFP raise alarming concerns

Human Rights Watch says the Israeli government is deliberately deepening the suffering of civilians in Gaza by refusing to restore the flow of water and electricity and blocking fuel shipments. Meanwhile, the World Food Programme’s Palestine Head of Communication, Alia Zaki says the situation in Gaza is “catastrophic,” with virtually no access to essential supplies for over two weeks as the Israeli bombardment continues.
