The Namibia Competition Commission will today be holding a stakeholder’s conference on the Proposed Acquisition of the Kansai Plascon Africa Limited and Kansai East Africa Propriety. The conference will accord the opportunity for representation to be made with regard to the proposed transaction by representatives of the merging parties. Here is NaCC spokesperson Dina //Gowases.
