B1 City fraud accused Kelly Nghixu-lifwa told Windhoek High Court Judge Christi Liebenberg that he did everything he is accused of in the open and not anybody’s back. He was testifying in his defence in the fraud and corruption trial of him, Anna Ndoroma and Hafeni Nghinam-waami. They are facing charges of fraud and contravening the Anti-Corruption Act. At the centre of the matter is a loan of N$4.8 million that Nghixu-lifwa allegedly secured for Ae//Gams Engineering to purchase Erf 10485 along Independence Avenue without declaring his interest in the company.
