Affirmative Repositioning leader Job Amupanda has accused Minister of Higher Education Technology and Innovation, Itah Kandjii-Murangi of claiming close to N$1,5 million in S&T from three state-owned institutions under her ministry and from the United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organisation. When approached for comment ACC Director General Paulus Noa told us there is nothing they can do at this point.
