The wait continues for the outcome of former President Jacob Zuma’s recusal bid. eNCA reports that Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo says he will make the ruling at 3 pm. The state capture inquiry chair was expected to make the announcement on Wednesday morning, however, he now says he needs more time and will deliver judgment later on Wednesday afternoon. Zuma says Zondo is biased and has created a persecutory environment. NEW DEVELOPMENT: Zondo has again delayed his decision on whether he will remain as chairperson of the state capture inquiry. Zondo has postponed his recusal decision to Thursday.
