The Governor of the of Omusati region, Erkki Endjala, says they are currently facing a big challenge due to urbanization as young people are moving from the rural areas of the country to urban areas in the pursuit of better opportunities. The Governor said that when these people don’t find jobs, they start selling anything on the streets and become street vendors, which causes strain on the municipalities, telling Future Media News that the private sector joining forces with them could be the solution.
