Standard T&C's for Namibia Future Media Holdings (Pty) Ltd

1. FIRST-TIME CLIENTS
 
  • First-time clients are required to complete a Vendor Application Form.
  • Monthly advance payment is required for the first three months before 30-day credit terms can be considered.
  • After this period, a credit assessment may be conducted. Credit terms will only be granted upon request and at the  discretion of Namibia Future Media Holdings Pty Ltd.
 
2. VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT)
 
  • All Rate Card pricing is exclusive of 15% VAT. VAT is itemized at the bottom of the Costing Estimate.
 
3. PROPOSAL VALIDITY
 
  • Proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, subject to availability.
  • After this period, pricing and placements are subject to change.
 
4. BOOKING DEADLINES
 
  • Booking deadline: 24 hours before broadcast, Monday to Friday.
  • Final cut-off: 12h00 midday. Late bookings may not be accommodated.
  • No bookings will be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.
 
5. AGENCY COMMISSION
 
  • Agency commission is only applicable to registered advertising agencies with Namibia Future Media Holdings Pty Ltd.
  • We reserve the right to verify agency status before awarding commission.
 
6. PURCHASE ORDERS
 
  • Where applicable, valid purchase orders must be submitted in full prior to campaign commencement.
  • Failure to provide a valid PO may delay or prevent the campaign rollout.
 
7. PRIZE MONEY
 
  • All prizes or prize money related to campaigns must be delivered or paid in full at least three (3) working days before the campaign launch.
  • Failure to do so may result in delays or the forfeiture of promotional elements.
 
8. CANCELLATION POLICY
 
  • A cancellation fee may apply to confirmed bookings, including (but not limited to):
  • Activations
  • Interviews  
  • Long-term campaigns
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
  • The client will be liable for any costs already incurred, including third-party bookings and production.
  • Cancellation fees will be determined based on campaign stage, third-party involvement, and committed media platforms.
 
9. PAYMENT RESPONSIBILITY
 
  • The undersigned accepts full responsibility for payment.
  • If acting on behalf of an entity, the signatory confirms they are duly authorized and accepts liability should the entity default on payment.
 
10. JURISDICTION
 
  • The client consents to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate’s Court, even if the claim exceeds the court’s monetary limit.
 
11. INTEREST ON OVERDUE ACCOUNTS
 
  • Interest at 2.5% per month may be charged on all overdue invoices, accruing monthly on the outstanding balance until full settlement.
 
12. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
 
  • Namibia Future Media Holdings Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any campaign in the event of non-payment or breach of agreement.
  • All outstanding amounts will become immediately due and payable.
 
13. LEGAL ACTION
 
  • Should an account remain unpaid for more than 14 days following written demand, the client consents to judgment being obtained in the Magistrate’s Court.
 
14. LEGAL & ADMINISTRATIVE FEES
 
  • Accounts handed over to Namibia Future Media Holdings Pty Ltd’s Legal Collections Department will incur additional administrative and legal fees.
