The man accused of killing Cape Town Anti-Gang unit detective, Charl Kinnear, has been charged with murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and unlawful interception of communication. Kinnear, Newsflash reports, was gunned down outside his home in Bishop Lavis, last Friday. Thirty-nine-year-old Zane Kilian appeared in the Bishop Lavis Magistrates’ Court today after he was arrested by the Hawks in Gauteng on Wednesday. National Prosecuting Authority spokesperson, Eric Ntabazalila, says the state will oppose bail.
