A 14-year-old Grade 3 pupil at St Joseph’s Primary School at Rehoboth stabbed to death another 15-year-old Grade 8 pupil on Tuesday. The victim was rushed to hospital but died shortly afterward. Future Media News caught up with the Executive Director from the Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture, Sanet Steenkamp, who explained that the 14-year-old boy was a special needs learner.
