The Biden administration has slapped a so-called “Khashoggi Ban” on 76 Saudi nationals believed to have been involved in threatening Saudi dissidents overseas, including (but not limited to) the murder of Khashoggi. This follows the release of a declassified intelligence report which directly blames Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman for the capture and brutal killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi in 2018.
