SA Deputy president Paul Mashatile says the country is mobilising additional finance, including grants, to facilitate the shift from fossil fuels to clean energy. He delivered a keynote address at the ninth UNESCO Engineering Week and Africa Engineering Conference underway in Pretoria. Pledges supporting South Africa’s Just Energy Transition now stand at 223.15-billion-rand.
