Demonstrators took place in Windhoek yesterday and are expected to continue today seeing youth gather at Windhoek’s Zoo Park protesting against the increasingly violent crimes, especially against women. The demonstrators marched to both the offices of the Ministry of Justice and Parliament, where police fired tear gas to disperse the crowd. Future Media News contacted the spokesperson of the The Namibia National Students Organisation, Dylan Mukoroli, who said the demonstrators have their full support.
