Minister of Labour, Industrial Relations and Employment Creation Utoni Nujoma said effective social dialogue requires a commitment to respecting the fundamental rights of workers, social protection for all, and care for vulnerable people. Nampa reports that Nujoma made the remarks yesterday during a social dialogue on the future of work post-COVID-19 that took place in Windhoek. He said effective social dialogue also requires inclusive social development supported by fair and ethical business models supported by democratic governance in all social partners’ structures.
