The FNB Commercial Property Broker Survey has found that over 65-percent of property sellers is South Africa do so because of financial pressure. Measuring data from Johannesburg, Ekurhuleni, Tshwane, eThekwini, Cape Town, and Nelson Mandela Bay the survey found that financial pressure became noticeably more prominent in the second quarter of 2020 as Covid-19 lockdowns hit.
