Janusz Walus, who was sentenced to life in prison for killing then leader of the South African Communist Party, Chris Hani in Boksburg in 1993, is set to file another application for parole in the North Gauteng High Court in Pretoria next month. Walus will reportedly ask the court to order his release and that he serve his parole time in Poland and that if the court is not willing to do this, to refer the matter back to Minister of Justice and Correctional Services Ronald Lamola for reconsideration.
