121 Namibian students are currently studying at universities and colleges in the United States of America, an increase of over 80% in the last five years, according to the US Embassy’s EducationUSA office. Of these, 57% are studying at the undergraduate level, 30% at the graduate level, and 13% are in non-degree programs or optional and practical training with North Carolina, Iowa, California, New York, and Oklahoma the top states hosting Namibian students.
